March 2013 Nashville Sister Circle

Please join us for a dinner and circle gathering as we mingle, break bread, create new friendships and strengthen old ones.

March Nashville Sister Circles will be Hosted by Karen Roberts:

"First would like to say, the last Sister Circle was wonderful and "Soul Fulfilling". The warm hospitality, delicious food, honest, open dialog with no judgement was beautiful to behold and just what I needed. Thank you Theresa and to all the sisters who were there who made that possible.

The next "Sister Circle" I will be welcoming each of you into my little sanctuary. I don't have a set theme for our gathering but I do have have a few creative ideas that I know you will enjoy. ...So come with an open heart, open mind and open spirit to embrace the "Creative Flow".

You can call 306-2414 to RSVP.

Oh, hint, hint! and please wear something that you are free to move in." Karen

"Sister Circle gatherings create spaces for women to bond, share our stories, engage in dialogue about issues that are relevant and important to us, and explore ways to create positive change. With great food, amazing women and dynamic conversation, we build lasting relationships and strengthen our community."

"Whoever comes is the right people
Whenever it starts is the right time
Whatever happens is the only thing that could have
When it’s over, it’s over"

Nashville Sister Circle

Nashville Sister Circle gatherings are spaces created for women to bond, share our stories, engage in dialogue about issues that are relevant and important to us, and explore ways to create positive change. With great food, amazing women and dynamic conversation, we build lasting relationships and strengthen our community.

Our guiding rules are simple:

Whoever comes is the right people
Whenever it starts is the right time
Whatever happens is the only thing that could have
When it’s over, it’s over

Please join us at our next Sister Circle gathering as we mingle, break bread, create new friendships and strengthen old ones.
At our April gathering, in honor of Henry Gates' new show "Finding Your Roots", Theresa Kennedy discussed how she traced her family tree back to Mali, Native New Jersey and Savannah, GA. She shared how women can find their ancestry through mtDNA test inexpensively. We ate and convened in a sister circle for an evening of powerful heartfelt sharing.
